Late Cancellation

We enforce a late cancellation policy for our valued clients, requiring cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a fee. For all providers, excluding Alicia, the fee is set at 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. However, for Alicia, late cancellations will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. Please note that a card on file will be charged at the time of late cancellation, or alternatively, any outstanding balance will remain on your account to be collected at your next scheduled appointment.

No-show

We implement a no-show policy for our valued clients. Failure to cancel or attend appointments without prior notice will result in a fee. To avoid this fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For all providers except Alicia, the fee is 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. However, for Alicia, no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. Please note that a card on file will be charged at the time of no-show, or alternatively, any outstanding balance will remain on your account to be collected at your next scheduled appointment.

Payment Methods

We offer various payment methods: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FSA/HSA, PayPal (@FinishFirstTX), Venmo (@Finish-First), cash, and check.

Our merchant system conveniently retains the most recently used card information after each transaction, operating seamlessly and automatically. However, if you prefer not to have a card on file, you have the option to request its removal or choose to pay using a debit card with a PIN code.

HSA & FSA Cards

We happily accept all HSA and FSA cards, provided they are coded to accept "chiropractic" charges. Before your appointment, we recommend contacting your HSA or FSA representative for specific details. You have the option to store these cards securely on file with us. Please note that we cannot access your HSA or FSA account balance. Additionally, partial payments using an HSA or FSA card are permitted as long as the remaining balance of the appointment cost is covered by another payment method.

Insurance Policy

We operate on a direct payment basis for all services rendered. Payment is required at the time of service, and we regret to inform you that we do not accept insurance for services performed within our facility. However, we do facilitate insurance coverage for outsourced imaging and bloodwork. Bloodwork is specifically through Quest Diagnostics. It's important to note that imaging and bloodwork procedures are not conducted on-site at Finish First. Please refer to our "Payment Methods" section for a comprehensive list of accepted payment methods.
